PROCRASTINATION…..

“It’s the thief of time”, the candidate in our house shouted from the dining room where she conducts her e-learning classes. With COVID-19 came the city’s lock down, with the lockdown came the remote work policy and in turn my greatest enemy stalling. I normally don't postpone stuff. I get down with it and efficiently clear my plate. But you can't blame me, I have long stretchy sunny days filled with nothing but two to three emails from work. A bunch of conference calls and lots of blogging and article reading. I have just read an email that was sent to me 2 days ago. Hold it! Hold your judgement, It's a Sunday and people normally don't work on weekends or do they?

The dishes on my sink keep pilling, did I mention the laundry? I will do that tomorrow I told mum when she inquired about the state in which my room is in. I am showering late or sometimes I don't, after all, no one is leaving the house. My interaction with the sun is minimal when the first rays seep through the curtains to announce daylight that's when I exchange pleasantries with the sun. Honestly, I cannot be bothered, I have a gazillion links saved on my desktop. This seems interesting will read it later I said,,, don't ask me about them.

Queen Sonu, The Resident, New Amsterdam, West Wing are among the different types of series that I’m supposed to be binging on at the moment. They are alot, too much if you ask me. Don't trailers suffice?, cause sometimes I think they do. I will catch up with that later. I need to visit the loctician, I’m starting to scare the kids in the house with my overgrown dreadlocks, next week will do I guess.

My boss is calling should I pick now or later?
